The land is located on the first line of Lake Aheloy.
At present 2 plots of land are available each measuring
8333sqm and 8336sqm respectively at a price of 12 Euros
per SQM. Each plot of land has a minimum of 30meters,
frontage of the Lake. The nearest village of “Bata” which
is 2Km away will provide the necessities such as water and
electricity to the plot.
There is not a single development surrounding the lake at present
and hence the price is 12 Euros. One can see the beautiful hills and
the shadows of it over the clean water on the opposite side of the
plot. Locals come to fish and camp on the lake.
Fishing, hunting and farming are the main activities of the locals,
while during the summer months they would work in the ever so
popular tourist resorts of Sunny beach, Nessebar, Burgas, Obzor and
soon the multi million Euro project will draw a lot of employment
