VERY ATTRACTIVE PIECE OF LAND NEXT TO KRANEVO - 150M FROM THE SEA

The village is located in North-East Bulgaria (Dobrich District) which is part of Balchik Municipality. This attractive land is located near a seaside resort. During the peak of the season about 18000 tourists relax in this beautiful village. The beautiful resort is located in a beautiful bay between two popular Bulgarian seaside resorts 3km from Golden Sands, and 1km from Albena. There are two natural reserves Baltata and Golden Sands a kilometer far from Kranevo. The property is located 10km from a golf resort.

It is a small village north from Varna near the Albena resort. It is known as a resort for small kids, where they go for their vacation - many school camps are available in the village. This place would be suitable for those on a budget. The vast beach, clean sea, gently sloping sea bottom and curative mineral water have propelled the swift growth of the village into a competitive tourist destination.

The village has succeeded as an ancient Roman stronghold, known as `Ekrene` or the harbour `Kraneia`. Traces of the Roman fortress, which was exploited during the Middle Ages as well, have been found on the southern plateaus above the village.
Relatively close to the village is the famous Aladzha rock monastery. Located in the opposite direction is the town of Balchik with its beautiful palace and Botanic Garden.

There are regular bus routes from the village to Balchik, Kavarna, Dobrich and Varna. The property is 20m above sea level. The beach is with light sand and there is a slight slope. Contiguity to the beach are the camps International and Ekzotica. In the South part of the beach there is a national kids complex. The sea is shallow and safe for children.
