LOVELY PLOT OF LAND, 600M FROM THE SEA!!!

The city of Byala is situated on a picturesque sea shore with a wide beach, famous for its historical sightseeing "Belite Skali", there is working plant for parquet and a Swiss factory for production of furniture.

The land is located in the famous seaside village of Biala, 40 mins drive to the international airport and 55 km south from our sea capital - the town of Varna. It is 600 metres away from the beach and boasts of splendid views towards the sea.
The village of Byala is a small romantic piece of the Bulgarian nature. Byala today is a mix of traditional working village and tourist resort. Byala offers modern shops, supermarkets, night clubs, post offices, medical centres, police station, restaurants, cafes and much more. Stairs lead down to a sechluded beach that curves north toward rocky Cape Atanas. To the south, another promontory separates the small sandy strip from the beach at Obzor. Byala with its wonderful conditions - crystal sea, sandy beach and a forest - offers wonderful opportunities for recreation.

The plot is close to regulation and the status of the land can be changed. Electricity is near, but water is not available. A few metres from the plot there is an ongoing construction of a few buildings (as seen in the pictures). This beautiful plot is situated in the corner and borders two roads. There are two neighbouring vineyards. There is a mud road 150m from the plot otherwise there is an asphalt road. The land is situated on the top of a hill, the terrain is slightly elevated.
There is an imposing view towards the sea. Byala town centre is 1.5km away and 600m to Byala's yatch Marina. There is a project for a yacht Marina ( 200 boats) of a Dutch company 750m towards the shore, 300m to the LUNA CAMP and 1km to Obzor.
