These two plots of land are situated in a village in Shumen Region. Near motorway Sofia-Varna, 8 km from the town of Novi Pazar, 17 km from Shumen town, 52 km from Varna City and International Airport.
In Shumen and the lands around it, unique monuments of culture are preserved from ancient times to the present. Here are the first Bulgarian capitals - Pliska and Veliki Preslav, here is Madara - the Bulgarian Troy with the unique Madara horsemen.
