Four plots of land for sale near sea!

These plots are located in a village just 15km from coast. All the plots are situated next to each other. The first one has an area of 834sq.m; the second one is 1212sq.m and the others � 820sq.m and 824sq.m. All of them are regulated with water and electricity.
There is a lake near the village. One of the best advantages of this area is incredible panoramic view towards the neighboring houses and meadows. The estates are located at the outskirts of the village. An asphalted road leads to them.
The village is located 10km from the fourth largest city in Bulgaria � Bourgas. It is situated in the south-eastern part of the country. The climate here is temperately continental with a distinct impact from the Black Sea. One of the biggest industrial plants on the Balkan peninsula, Neftochim-EAD, is located in the vicinity of the city. The Port of Bourgas is the biggest sea port in the country. The favourable geographical location and advanced transport infrastructure of Bourgas are good prerequisites for development of tourism and trade.
Bourgas is not only an important industrial centre in the country, it has also considerable resources for tourism. What attracts people here mostly is undoubtedly the sea. The city is a starting point for visiting the seaside resorts in the area - The Slantchev Bryag resort (Sunny Beach) and The Elenite holiday village to the north and The Duni holiday village, renowned for its unique architectural compostition.
The village provides all amenities and communications as medical centre, post office, several shops and coffee bars, regular bus transport to Bourgas. In near future it is likely to become part of Bourgas.
