Two plots of land for sale near sea!
This land is located in the North-Eastern part of Bulgaria, in Dobrich region, in sea town of Sahbla, 4 km away sea, 75km away Varna city and International airport.
The town of Shabla is located only 24km away from the Bulgarian-Romanian border and boosts with a clean and beautiful beach. The small town is a fast developing resort. Cape Shabla consists of limestone rocks covered with loess reaching up to10m high. The oldest lighthouse in Bulgaria stands on it.
Shabla has a rich history. The settlement's emergence dates back to Thracian times. The archaeological excavations at Cape Shabla (about 5km east of the town) are the most interesting site for the visitors. Thraces of the antique town of Canon Limen can be seen there. These reveal the remains of an ancient Roman fortress, which has served as a commercial hub for a number of settlements along coast.
The fish-rich Lake of Shabla is situated 2 km away of the town, on the very seashore, and is a wonderful place for fishing and recreation. It is the nesting site for more than 100000 wild geese.
There are two plots for sale in the surroundings of Shabla town, total size of 190000sq.m.The land is situated near water and electricity resources and it could be easily regulated. The plots are 6 km from motorway Durankulak-Varna and 4.5 km from beach.
