Информация: Varna the gem of the Bulgarian Black Sea, also known as the �water town�, is situated 469 Km northeast of Sofia, with a population of over 345,371. The sea side capital, and the third largest city after Sofia and Plovidv.
Situated at the end of the big Varna bay with a convenient and well conserved water area, is a port which, in years handles up to 18 million tons of cargo.
Varna is an 'around-the-year' holiday destination. In summer the size of the town multiplies with loads of tourists. During July and August, the sunshine allows 10 � 11 hrs of sunbathing. The sea is amazingly calm and free of dangerous tides.
Apart from being a beach resort, Varna can help you unwind and enjoy the many sights and sounds in peace.
An excellent piece of regulated land located 39km to Varna and 16km to the famous resort of Byala. Huge piece of land with the frontage facing the main road. The site overlooks and slopes down to a small lake and has excellent countryside views. Both water and electricity are next to the plot. The plot has permission to build two-storey villas.
