The quiet village (Varna District) is located in North-East Bulgaria near to the large dam of Tzonevo (10km) and is part of Municipality Dulgopol. It is situated 6km from the town of Dalgopol, 26km from town of Provadia, 1km from Sladka Voda (National reservation park) and 65km (40 mins) from the Sea capital - Varna city. The area of the village is passed by Golyama Kamchia river and is surrounded by mountains that makes the place suitable for fishing, hunting, boating, walking, mountain biking and eco-routes. The village has shops and some pubs.

On offer is a partly furnished 2- storey house in a picturesque village near Dalgopol.
The house is completely livable in its current state. The remaining renovations are, for the most part, cosmetic. All floors with the exception of the bathroom have been laminated. Telephone, internet and satellite TV is currently connected to the property.
The rear garden is large and could house a pool, patio area, flower beds, fruit trees and vines. The boundary wall to the front garden is part block and part wooden fence panels, with a wooden gate. A garage has been constructed at the side of the house and has a new roof, however this needs to be completed with render and doors.
