COMPLEX OF VILLAS IN A NICE AND SMALL VILLAGE OF KOSHARITSA NEAR SUNNY BEACH

The village is located in South-East Bulgaria. It is part of Nessebar Municipality, Burgas District. It is situated 3km from famous sea resort Sunny Beach. The last few years (around 2004), the village has started expanding quickly due to its proximity of Sunny beach resort. The tourism sector is especially privileged with the intensive construction of holiday villages and villas. Besides the closeness of the sea, an additional advantage for the village is its location at the foot of the Balkan Mountains.

The complex is still under construction. It is closed type consisted of 22 houses and a hotel. The coplex has all year round security, maintainance and cleaning, 2 oped door swimming pools and 2 open parkings.

There are 4 types of houses : A, B, C and D. Each house has internal and external fireplace, own garden around 200sq.m and a verandah � 25sq.m.
