Bansko is the fastest developing and one of the most popular winter resorts in Central and Eastern Europe. It is located in southwestern Bulgaria (160km south of the capital Sofia), at the foot of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains the Pirin Mountain.
PIRIN NATIONAL PARK is acknowledged as a part of the world natural heritage and in included in the list of the Convention for the Preservation of the World Cultural and Historical Heritage.

This small part of paradise comprises venerable spruce-white fir forests, wide pine-scrub formations, mountain meadows and sharp peaks, deep circuses and emerald lakes.Thanks to this unique nature, Pirin National Park is acknowledged as a site of world significance, and with order of UNESCO in 1983 it is included in the Convention for the Preservation of the World Cultural and Historical Heritage.

SKI FACTS

The ski season starts from December 15 and ends after the end of April.
The snow cover frequently exceeds two meters.
Ski tracks, snowboard tracks, ski roads, completed with artificial snow equipment, are provided.
The climatic conditions, and north exposure determine tracks with all kinds of difficulties.
The numerous ski schools and wardrobes satisfy even the most particular clients of the resort.

This luxury complex is located in an amazing picturesque area in Bansko in the foothills of the northern slopes of Pirin Mountain. The complex is located near the center of the town, 40m from the ski slopes and 800m from the first stop of the ski lift. This location provides a great view and the area is quiet and calm. The architecture is a stylish combination of elements and details of the old traditional style of Bansko.
The residence consists of 71 apartments- 1 and 2 (maisonette) bedroom apartments, situated on the ground floor, three standard floors and an attic floor. The complex has technical premises, two hydraulic lifts for guests, fire alarm system, wheelchair entrance and elevators.
The complex has its own sport, recreational and leisure centers for all the year round, beautifully landscaped garden areas and recreational spots and water mirror with ornamental fountain.

Property management and support
For the sake of the owners convenience the residence disposes of a centralized management system providing year-round maintenance of the apartments, high leasing returns as well as increasing of the main capital by future sales. Maintenance is covered by an annual fee of 11Euros per sq m. per year and it will be collected for 1 year in advance. The fee is based on the total residential area and is fixed for a period of 3 years. The amount enables the apartment owners to use free-of-charge fitness center, sauna and steam baths. By acquiring property in the recreation center you actually invest in a private apartment in a luxury hotel complex.
The maintenance agreement will include the following main clauses:
24-hour maintenance of the complex: security-guarding, cleaning and maintenance of common areas - corridors, staircases, lifts, roof, facade, courtyard, planting
Maintenance of all installations next to the entrance of your apartment: electrical, water supply and sewerage, heating and hot water, computer installations, TV and Internet, fire-alarms, emergency lighting, anti-lightning, etc.
Electricity for all lifts and lighting of common areas
Free of charge hotel service from the "Reception desk" and "Ski room" departments for the apartment owners.

Immediate intervention in case of any breakdowns and emergencies in your apartment
