The property is situated in a village in North-East Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Dobrich. It is situated only 12km from the city of Dobrich and 30km form the sea capital Varna. The municipality of Dobrich is an important agricultural center. The administrative center is town of Dobrich and there are more big villages.

Agriculture is the most important part of the Municipality`s economy. The Municipality is one of the biggest producers of agricultural products in Bulgaria. The favorable climatic and soil conditions predetermine the traditional crops being grown: wheat, sunflower seeds, corn and others.

Village house (60sq.m) bounded on one side by a tarmac road and a dirt track on the other. The building has three rooms and a cellar. There is an additional roofed area on one side which was used for storage (52sq.m). The land area is 900sq.m (fenced off) and location is right in the centre of village next to a cafe/bar and shop. It is about 12km from the regional centre of this area (Dobrudja), a town called Dobrich and about 30 km from the sea.
