This residential complex is located in a newly developed area in a residential part of the Bulgarian sea pearl � Varna. The city of Varna is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is second largest city after Sofia and is called Bulgaria`s Sea Capital. It is the best city for living in Bulgaria.
