The house is situated near the centre of a village in North-East Bulgaria - 60km from the city of Varna, only 10km from three golf courses and 6km from the beaches of the beautiful seaside resort Kavarna. It is situated in the easternmost part of the Danube Plain in the Dobroudzha part of the Black Sea coast. The coastline is slightly indented with small naturally formed beaches.

There are unutilized resources for development of seaside vacation tourism. A large beach has been made on the coast in Kavarna town. Modern hotels have been built in the recent years. Chirakman horn, Kaliakra horn and Yajlata locality have preserved evidence of thousands of years of human presence on this land. The region has unique biodiversity.
