This house is located in a village in North-East Bulgaria. The relief of the territory is varied. In the northern and southwestern part it is hilly and low mountainous. There is a big hunting farm, where one can see muflons, doe, wild boar, fallow deer, red deer. The Loddon lily fields near Kochovo with an area of 0.12sq.km and near Osmar with an area of 0.19sq.km are protected areas and the only ones in Northern Bulgaria.
