This house is located in a town in North-East Bulgaria which is center of the Municipality. It is located along the Kamchiya River at distance of 55 km southwest of city of Varna. There is evidence for the existence of the settlement in the Ottoman documents from XV and XVII c. The region around Dalgopol is specialized in the production of vines, fruits and vegetables. On the territory of the town there are traces of a prehistoric settlement, fortresses and a necropolis from Roman, Byzantine and ancient Bulgarian period.

The terrain is semi-mountainous and mountainous and is defined by tow rivers, the northern slopes of the Kamchiyska mountain and the eastern slopes of the Balkan. Along the stream of the Louda Kamchia River is the third largest dam in Bulgaria - the Tsonevo Dam Lake of length of 28 km. The Varna-Sofia railway, with the rail junction to the town of Shumen, passes through the territory of the municipality. The Provadiya - Aitos road also passes through the municipality; this artery provides the road connection between North and South Bulgaria.
