The property is located just few meters from the sea. The quarter is quiet and safe and at the same time near the heart of the Bulgarian sea capital. The city of Varna is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is second largest city after Sofia. The city is clean and green. Of the green miracles at least three are a must: the Marine Gardens which are the largest in the Balkans; Park Euxinograd, the former Royal Palace; the paradise of St.Constantine.
