The town of Pomorie is situated on a narrow rocky peninsula, 3.5 km into The Black Sea and 20 km from Bourgas. Pomorie is famous for its mud therapy, known since Thracian times. Pomorie curative mud, extracted from the salty lake, is among the best in the world. The fine sand of the beaches, the warm and clear seawater and the great number of sunny days, makes Pomorie an attractive place for tourists all over the world. Among the most interesting places of interest in Pomorie are the Ancient Dome Tomb from the epoch of the late Roman dominance on these lands (2nd to 3rd century), the functioning monastery ''St George'' - a monument of Mediaeval architecture, the little church ''Christ Transfiguration'' from 1764 and the church ''Virgin Mary''.

The Horizon project will consist of a residential and an office building which are interconnected, with separate entrances, staircase cells, and lifts. It is situated on a terrain with a size of 753sq.m with a built-up area of 568sq.m. The unfolded built up area is 3222sq.m, of which 377sq.m are shops, 1098sq.m are for offices, and the rest are apartments.

Residential Building

With overall unfolded area of 2123.85sq.m and will consist of:

- 8 shops with a trading area of sq.m;
- 4 residential floors, consisting of 17 two-room, 3 three-room apartments, and 1 studio;
- A terraced top floor, consisting of 1 duplex loft and 1 studio.

Office Building

With overall unfolded area of 1098.5sq.m and will consist of:

- A bank office with an area of 133,32sq.m;
- 4 standard-type floors, 2 separate offices being envisaged in each floor;
- A terrace-type top floor, consisting of 2 separate offices.

The buildings will be built in a new residential area that is currently being developed with luxury type buildings in the central area of the town, in the immediate proximity of the sea and the beach strip, a mud therapy centre, a park area for sports and walking.

Methods of payment

The payment for the dwelling or the shop that you have chosen may be made in 4 installments as follows:

- First installment - 30% of the amount at the signing of the sales and purchase contract;
- Second installment - 50% of the amount when construction work up to the rough structure phase has been completed;
- Third installment - 10% of the amount at the signing of the sample 16 statement of facts;
- Fourth installment - 10% of the amount when the last ownership conveyance formalities have been performed at the notarys office;
