We offer the following services: |

Full service movers: the client provides details of all goods that need to be shipped. Our experienced staff will take the responsibility from packing and handling the items to shipping and delivering it to your chosen address. |

Self-service movers: where by the client packs and delivers all their belongings to our warehouse and we only handle shipping, customs clearing and delivery to your chosen address or we can also arrange the goods to be collected from your present address once packed. |

The later case is far cheaper and most people prefer this due to cost savings. Please beware of the electrical appliances as in Bulgaria we have a 2-round pin system while in the UK there is a square pin system. Please note that the customs in Bulgaria will need a full packing list and the value of each item (an example given below). Although there is no duty on personal goods but the value you declare will be used to calculate the 20% V.A.T. which is applicable even on personal goods.
Personal goods are ONLY allowed to be imported once within the first six months that you declare residence in Bulgaria.
The household goods are cheaper to buy new in Bulgaria and are of good quality. Always check the prices here before you think of shipping any items.
