URBANISED PLOT OF LAND FOR SALE NEXT TO A PRESTIGIOUS GOLF COURSE

The mid-sized town is only an hour�s drive from Sofia airport via the motorway, and 18km from Borovets, Bulgaria's first and foremost winter resort. In the coming years a new motorway spur is planned to run right past the town to Borovets, cutting the travel time considerably. The town is spa resort town with mineral water temperature - 56.3C.
