Four plots of land for sale near sea!

These plots are located in a village just 15km from coast. All the plots are situated next to each other. The first one has an area of 834sq.m; the second one is 1212sq.m and the others – 820sq.m and 824sq.m. All of them are regulated with water and electricity.

The favourable geographical location and advanced transport infrastructure of Bourgas are good prerequisites for development of tourism and trade.
Bourgas is not only an important industrial centre in the country, it has also considerable resources for tourism. What attracts people here mostly is undoubtedly the sea. The city is a starting point for visiting the seaside resorts in the area - The Slantchev Bryag resort (Sunny Beach) and The Elenite holiday village to the north and The Duni holiday village, renowned for its unique architectural compostition.
The village provides all amenities and communications as medical centre, post office, several shops and coffee bars, regular bus transport to Bourgas. In near future it is likely to become part of Bourgas.
