The charming Villa is located in North-East Bulgaria which is part of Dalgopol Municipality. The municipality is located in the eastern part of the Varbishki Balkan (eastern Balkan Range), 70km from the regional centre, Varna. The Varna-Sofia railway, with the rail junction to Shumen, passes through the territory of the municipality. The Provadiya - Aitos road also passes through the municipality; this artery provides the road connection between North and SouthBulgaria.

The terrain is semi-mountainous and mountainous and is defined by the rivers Louda Kamchia and Goliama Kamchia, the northern slopes of the Kamchiyska mountain and the eastern slopes of the Varbishki Balkan. Along the stream of the Louda Kamchia River is the third largest dam in Bulgaria - the Tsonevo Dam Lake of length of 28km. It is the third largest dam lake in Bulgaria, situated on water area of 17 300 decars. The lake is rich in fish and disposable with crystal clear and warm waters. The picturesque bed of the lake and the adjoining well-wooded slopes makes it attractive place for tourism developing.

There are 5 agricultural cooperatives and three larger leaseholders on the territory of the municipality. The first municipal digital central telephone exchange in Bulgaria functions in Dalgopol. The mobile phone network coverage is about 90%. There is a specialized workshop, for production of metal accessories and door handles.

During the last ten years seven factories for production of parquet started operating. The fields of inert materials (gravel, river rubble) and clay, suitable for the production of bricks, are of business interest. Construction gravel is obtained in the Sini Vir vicinity close to Partizani village. Eight general practitioners work in Dalgopol Municipality. There is a clinical laboratory in the municipal centre carrying out tests according to the requirements of the Health Fund. Specialists work in the municipal medical centre with regards to internal diseases, obstetrician-gynecologist, endocrinologist, neurologist, cardiologist, ophthalmologist, surgeon and allergologist. There are two pharmacies in Dalgopol. There are dental offices in the municipal centre and in the villages Lopushna, Medovets, Tsonevo and Polyatsite. There are three schools, hospital, railway station, two well stocked shops and the main facilities in this small village.
