The town of Nessebar is situated on a small peninsula 36km to the northeast of Burgas and 430km to the east of Sofia. Its beach is regarded to be the best along the Black Sea coast. Astonishing dunes make the coast quite picturesque. The green coppices by the sandy strips provide a cool breath of air during the hot days.
Nessebar is one of the most preferred resorts. The town is included from UNESCO in the list of World Heritage Sites. It has existed for more than 9000 years. Today the old part of the town has regained its original romantic atmosphere: narrow cobblestone lanes, tiny squares, two-storeyed period houses with stone-built ground levels and wooden upper floors jutting above the streets and external staircases, gift shops, pubs, tavern and lovely flower gardens.

The complex is situated in a prime front line position within the tranquil resort of Ravda, less than 350 meters away from the sandy beach, 4km south from Nessebar and approx. 6km from the most famous Bulgarian summer resort - Sunny Beach.
