Pamporovo, the pearl of the Bulgarian mountain resorts, nests in the heart of the Rhodopes, 260 km from the capital Sofia, and 85 km south of the city of Plovdiv. This SPA complex is designed as a residential building. It contains apartments for year-round living and a section for catering of the residents and their guests. There are different facilities for their owners and guests. The location of the different components of the SPA center guarantees comfortable and easy transfer from one procedure to the following one. The apartments are situated on six levels facing southern and southeastern so that they could be maximally exposed to sun having an extraordinary view of Raikovski livadi (Raikovski meadows) area and the valley around the town of Smolian. All procedures at the SPA center are oraganized in different groups accourding to the preferences and needs of the residents of the complex. Access to the apartment is provided by two staircases and an elevator in compliance with all accessible environment standards. The facade will be treated with mineral plaster on a thermal insulation layer meeting standard requirements; the boarding is with impregnated material and stone revetment. The roof is with Tegola bituminous tiles. There are ceramic tiles on the floors and latex water-based paint on walls and ceilings is planned. The apartments are planned to be delivered completely finished. Flooring are ceramic slabs in the corridors, laminated parquet, primer and latex, faience lining in the toilets and bathrooms. Sanitary and lighting fixtures installed. There is a fireplace is with a possibility for installation of additional heating systems or electric converters with electronic control. Kitchen and furnishing with a total interior solution available upon an additional agreement. The apartment will be sold furnished and the client can choose a few variants of furnishing and paintings.
