The property that we offer to your attention is in a beautiful location in the outskirts of Varna, very close to the Aladja Monastry. Friendly small community with Bulgarian people who either live there permanently or have a second home for weekends and holidays. The area is often called 'Blacksea Panorama' as it is on top of a small levelled forest behind the Golden Sands beach resort and the views are stunning. It is about 15 minutes drive up from the resort, as there is a turning road into the mountains.
