This modern complex is located in one of the most famous Bulgarian sea resorts - St. Constantine and Helena. The complex comprises of 49 extremely functional and comfortable apartments, made in accordance with the requirements and the taste of even the most refined and exacting clients.
The residential building consists of 49 apartments altogether of which:
• 42 one-bedroom apartments
• 6 two-bedroom apartments
• 1 three-bedroom apartment
The square surface of the apartments ranges from 69.90 to 184.38sq.m. The prices start from 94365euros including VAT.
The complex offers the following facilities:

The apartments will be delivered entirely finished and ready to move in, with fitted bathroom/WC, electricity sockets, internet, cable TV, and air-conditioner in each room. All apartments are connected to the 220V central electrical supply networks, with electricity metre, safety devices and fuses, sockets, switches, lighting fixtures in the balcony and bathroom, as well as fire-fighting installation, and smoke detectors.
Apartments are offered with furniture not included in the prices announced, but there is an opportunity to have your apartment furnished. There are two main furnishing packages – standard and de luxe. The standard package’s price is between 5990 and 8990euros depending on the size of the apartment, and the de luxe furniture price is between 7990 and 13990euros, again depending on the size of the apartment.
Property Management

Every client who has bought an apartment can avail themselves of the opportunity to sign a management contract. The services offered include:

1) Maintenance of gardens, pools and communal areas The annual fee for maintenance is 9 euros per square metre without VAT, to cover:
• maintenance of garden and parking places
• cleaning and maintenance of the common parts (staircases, corridors, landings and underground garage)
• cleaning and maintenance of the reception area and swimming-pools
• electricity and water supply bills for the common parts, green areas and alleys
• 24-hour security and a concierge
• standard repairs occurring from normal use
• notification to the owners about damages occurring in their apartments

2) Full maintenance and property management (compulsory at 5% Guaranteed Rental Contract)

3) Letting management (compulsory with 5% Guaranteed Rental Contract )

Guaranteed rental income scheme:
Every client who has bought an apartment from the complaex receives guaranteed rental of 5% a year for the first two years after the acquisition of the property and signing a contract with a property management company.

Payment options:

1) Plan A: A special mortgage plan with installments as follows: 30% - 60% - 10%
• 30 % - Within 30 days after payment of the reservation deposit. A preliminary contract is to be signed duly
• 60 % - At Act 14 – rough construction of the building
• 10 % - At Act 16 and receiving the title deed

2) Plan B: Standard plan with installments as follows: 50%- 30%- 20%
• 50 % - Within 30 days after payment of the reservation deposit. A preliminary contract is to be signed duly
• 30 % - At Act 14 – rough construction of the building
• 20 % - At Act 16 and receiving the title deed

3) Plan C: A special payment plan with 3% discount from the price
• 70 % - Within 30 days after payment of the reservation deposit. A preliminary contract is to be signed duly.
• 20 % - At Act 14 – rough construction of the building
• 10 % - At Act 16 and receiving the title deed

4) Plan D: A special payment plan with 5% discount from the price
• 90 % - Within 30 days after payment of the reservation deposit. A preliminary contract is to be signed duly.
• 10 % - At Act 16 and receiving the title deed
