The Beach holiday complex is situated front line, just 15 m to a wide sandy beach with a horse-shoe shape and offering panoramic views toward both the old town of Sozopol to the right and Chernomorets seaside town to the left.
The complex is 2 km away from Sozopol and 2 km away from Chernomoretz village. It is 25 minutes south of Bourgas City and about 35 minutes away from Bourgas International Airport.

The old town of Sozopol lies on a small rocky peninsula in the southern part of the Bourgas Bay. It was established in 610 BC and today it is a popular beach resort best known for its casual ambience, beautiful sandy beaches, and distinctive 19th-century stone and wood houses, some of which are national cultural monuments. The town and surrounding area offer many recreational opportunities including:
• Fishing, sailing, scuba diving and wind surfing.
• Sea and beach activities.
• Inland river boating and canoeing.
• Eco tourism, birdwatching and photography (huge protected National Park of Strandja with nature reserves lies nearby).
• Spas.
• Sites of historical interest

The Beach holiday complex is divided into three sections which contain in total 62 apartments.

The complex facilities include:
• restaurant;
• bar;
• fitness center;
• children's playground;
• swimming pool;
• car parking etc.

All apartments are finished to a very high standard with a quality furniture package and air conditioning (winter-summer). All apartments are fully furnished!
Prices from: 60500 Euro

Payment plan:
• 1000 euro booking deposit;
• 30% of the price - within ten days after the conclusion of the preliminary contract;
• 30% of the price - ten days after finishing the roof;
• 40% of the price has to be paid within ten days after the full completion of the building in accordance with the architectural project.
