The land is located in one of the finest parts of Bulgaria - the north Black sea coast. Beaches with golden sands, guarded by impressive cliffs, splendid nature and nature reserves, rich history with museums and archaeological sites, splendid nature picturesque green villages with colorful population, two of the largest summer resorts Albena and Golden Sands with various possibilities for accommodation, sports and fun - these are only some of the characteristics of the place. Three new professional-class golf courses are being built about 15 km away and they should be finished within one year. A new villa zone is being constructed not far away.
