RENOVATED TO A HIGH STANDARD RURAL HOUSE IN NIKOPOL MUNICIPALITY

This small and peaceful village is part of Nikopol Municipality which is situated in North-Central Bulgaria in the northeastern part of Pleven District. Its northern border is the Danube. The Osam River flows through the Municipality. The transport infrastructure includes roads of second, third and fourth class. The Municipality is crossed by the Pleven - Cherkvitsa railway line. All settlements have transport connection to the Municipal center - harbor town of Nikopol. It has a border control point and a customs` house. It is 48km from the District Center Pleven City, and 220km from Sofia.

On offer is a completely renovated to a high standard rural house. The renovation includes replacement of the double glazed UPVC windows and the front door. The house has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and has had a new sceptic tank for waste disposal. The internal walls have been completely re-plastered ready for decoration.
The lounge and the bedroom have wooden flooring, the hall, kitchen and en-suite shower room have new tiled flooring. The kitchen comes complete with modern sink and fitted cupboards above and below the melamine work surface, it also is plumbed in for dishwasher and washing machine. The En-suite shower room comprises of modern curved shower with hot and cold mixer shower, sink, toilet and electric water heater.

Adjoining the house is a large summer kitchen with traditional oven and cellar with electricity installed, but not yet renovated. There are also a number of out-buildings including outside traditional toilet and animal shelters.
There is a large garage with lighting and power sockets and available parking for two vehicles.
