The village is located in South-Central Bulgaria is part of Municipality Smolyan. It is at distance 20 km far from ski resort Pamporovo, 8 km away from the district center - town of Smolian, 110km from city of Plovdiv and 270 km from the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The village is situated in a beautiful valley to nearly 3 kilometer, from Arda river. The relief is mountainous with average altitude of 1,230 m. The climate is cool summer and mild winter. A lot of natural sites are located on the territory of the municipality.

On offer for sale is a renovated two-storey traditional Rodopean house located in a clean and beautiful village near Smolyan. It is 120sq.m, fully renovated with new electrics and water pipes.
