Payment plan:
Standard payment plan:
50% after signing preliminary contract 50% - from 3 to 6 months after signing the contract (without escalation of the price).

In the standard plan customer is entitled to receive apartments and rent it immediately after the transfer of ownership.

Deferred payment plan: 1 year but will have an increase of the prices after the 6th month.

Promotion: Pay 100% - get 6% discount.

The maintenance fees are 9.60 Euros per sq.m per year.
