The village is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Aksakovo Municipality, Varna District. It is positioned in the eastern part of the Danube Plain, which renders the area with its characteristic outlook of hills and plateaus. The climate is favourable for development of agriculture, especially for growing crops, vineyards, apricot-trees, etc. All that favours transportation and communication links. The Krumovo, Zasmyano, Lyuben Karavelovo, Botevo and Osenovo dams and the Batova, Osenovska and Suha rivers are a precondition for development of sport and fishing tourism. The area is very clean and nice and peaceful, the village is small and the roads are accessible. It is suitable for rural tourism, mountaineering, hunting, fishing and sightseeing of historical places.In the village there are 2 bars, 2 shops, regular bus service, mayor, hall with many celebrations, post office, medical service, a vet, church, fishing lake and nice park area. The transport by bus from and to Varna which passes 7 times per day, is a convenience. The village is 22km from Varna and 19km from Dobrich.
