The pretty village is located in South-East Bulgaria and it�s a part of Sredets Municipality. The existing 25 dams on the territory of Sredets Municipality allow the irrigation of the rural land and in the same time offer perfect fishing opportunities. The Strandzha Mountain forests and the lower stream of the Fakijska River possess a wide diversity of flora and fauna with some rare and protected species.
