This house is situated at the end of a village in North-eastern part of Bulgaria - 8km to Provadia and 56km to Varna and International Airport Varna on the Royak Plateau.

Close to the village two Thracian fortresses dating back from the Roman age have been discovered. The first school was established in 1888 and the community centre in 1920. Recently, this village is gaining the look of a resort village. Annually a ceramics seminar is held there.

The municipality is situated along a defile which is surrounded with rocks from the east and the west. It has a peripheral position in the Varna district. It borders five settlement systems - Vetrino, Devnya, Avren, Dolni Chiflik and Dalgopol, and in the west - with peripheral settlement systems of the Shumen district.

The climate on the territory of the municipality is temperately continental. The average annual temperature is 11.9. The terrain consists mostly of plains or hills and plateaus , with an altitude up to 220m above sea level, which in combination with the water resources (the Provadiiska river and its tributaries), the fertile black earth, grey forest soils and carbonate soils and the suitable climate favours the growing of grain and volatile-oil cultures, perennial plants and orchards.
