The house is located in Valchi Dol municipality in North-East Bulgaria.The region is in the northwest part of Varna District, between the Loudogorie mountain chain and the Dobroudzha Plain. The municipality`s administrative centre is 44 km from Varna city, about 30 km from Dobrich and Provadia and 42 km from the town of Novi Pazar.

The main house has two floors. The ground floor consists on 3 rooms with separate entrances and a big patio which could be converted into a pub, a playing room or one can construct an internal swimming pool.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms, one of them has a fireplace; a kitchen with dining room and bathroom and toilet.

The guest house dates back from the XIX century and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, service room that can be transformed into a bathroom with WC. It also has a spacious patio at its main entrance. The property is built in the spirit of the Bulgarian national revival period. It preserves the old style building techniques with authentic materials.

The house has an external toilet that is located in the back of the yard and it has a septic tank. Both drain and electrical systems are brand new. The flooring in the house is renovated- laminated flooring, it also has tiled bathroom- with enough space to install a bathtub and a laundry room, new ceilings, etc. The property is surrounded by high stone wall which is giving it a complete look.
The garden is beautifully decorated, green grass and lit by the garden lamps at night. The yard could be extended with an additional plot size of 970sq.m. There are over 70 fruit trees, 150sq.m wine yard, there is parking place for 5 cars. Two farm buildings (one stone built-60sq.m and the other- 100sq.m) are also situated in the yard. One of them is used as a garage.
The village is peaceful and beautiful. There is a river and three lakes within the radius of 4km from the house and wide picturesque forests that could be revealed from the house.
